1.To keep our application at the cutting edge of legal forms provision we engage with various government agencies to identify future requirements for our clients ahead of planned changes.
2. We talk to a lot of law firms and listen to their feedback to generate new ideas. Often a simple suggestion creates a really beneficial solution.
3. By monitoring new technology launches we can look at how we can employ these ideas within FormEvo.
There is no need to have to decide which of our practice area form groups you may need, we simply provide access to all standard electronic forms within the subscription, it keeps it simple!
Our licences are based on the number of active users you have and you pay for these each month. This means if you need to change this either up or down you can do this whenever you wish.
With our optional services such as digital forms and sharing forms and documents these are charged on a PAYG basis with many firms choosing to pass these costs on to the client given this is a transactional cost.
We won’t look to catch you out with terms and conditions that trap you for another year if you don’t read the small print. If you want to leave simply let us know at anytime and there is a 3 month window to allow you to finish any forms you currently have in draft and that’s it. This means we have to work hard to ensure we have delivered value for money year in year out!
Should your client want to know what personal data is held on your system this is simple to answer. Every form as a GDPR Toolkit button that allows you to quickly pull together all the relevant information. We also provide you with additional tools to manage what you can do with the data.
Every form also has an automatically generated audit trail so you can see who has worked on a form and when not only across the practice but also if a form is shared with your client when they opened the form, if it was amended and even if a printed copy was generated.
