Now HMLR have released ECD (Estimated Completion Date) we have made a report as planned and would like to show you this as per below
Historical data will not be updated with ECD, Cancel dates and Priority end dates, but new forms you do will be – because we can not test with fake info we can only test with real users' data to see if we are presenting the information correctly in a useful report hence asking you to add some eAP1s and then keep an eye on this report to hopefully then find it easier to manage prioritising what needs replies to and what is urgent.
