Company form changes - Person of Significant Control register

The following Companies House forms are being amended for use from 6 April 2016 to reflect requirements of the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 where Companies and LLPs will need to keep a register of people with significant control (Persons of Significant Control) known as the “PSC register”. The forms amended are:- 

• AR01 - Annual Return
• AD03 - Change of location of the company records to the single alternative inspection location (SAIL)
• AD04 - Change of location of the company records to the registered office
• LLAR01 - Annual Return of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
• LLAD03 - Change of location of the records to the single alternative inspection location (SAIL) of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
• LLAD04 - Change of location of the records to the registered office of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

We understand that these forms will change again in June when other changes to the list of registers are brought in again relating to the register of people with significant control (historic PSC register).
