From 1 September the opening hours for the Insolvency enquiry line will change to 9am – 5pm Monday to Frida. (Currently 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday). The new hours will enable the Insolvency Service to provide a better service to customers by focusing resources and reducing waiting time during peak times.
The Insolvency enquiry line provides information about official receivers and redundancy payment offices. The enquiry team provides information based on current insolvency legislation and related procedures and processes but cannot provide advice on case related matters.
