New Companies House forms

New Companies House forms have introduced to be used in association with director disputes and registered office dispute cases that take place from 6 April 2016. The new Companies House forms are:-

• RP06 - Application for removal of material about directors who have not consented to act
• RP07 - Application to change a company’s disputed registered office address
• RP07 (Continuation) - Reasons for applying continuation page
• LLRP07 - Application to change a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP’s) disputed registered office address
• LLRP07 (Continuation) - Reasons for applying continuation page

Whilst introducing new Companies House forms there have been other changes taking place involving amendments to current Companies House forms in relation to the introduction of the register of people with significant control (PSC register). 

Other new Companies House forms have also been added to FormEvo introduced by Companies House, which we tweeted about recently, in relation to new share warrants, the two forms that were added are:- 

• NAC01 - Notice of application to court to cancel share warrants (Section 5(5) of Schedule 4 to the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015)
• SH19- Statement of capital on cancellation of share warrants (Section 7(2) of Schedule 4 to the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015)
• SH19 (continuation 1) – Statement of capital continuation page
• SH19 (continuation 2) – Statement of capital (Prescribed particulars of rights attached to shares) continuation page
