Limited Liability Partnership PSC forms – November 2017

Companies House has amended the range of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) PSC forms.
The amendment is to include a new date field for stating the register entry date. C
ompanies House has stated that they will not accept earlier version of these forms after 8 November 2017.
These new versions are available now and should therefore be used immediately.
The updated LLP forms are:-
- LLPSC01 – Notice of individual person with significant control (PSC) of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC02 – Notice of relevant legal entity (RLE) with significant control of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC03 – Notice of other registrable person (ORP) with significant control of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC04 – Change of details of individual person with significant control (PSC) of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC05 – Change of details of relevant legal entity (RLE) with significant control of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC06 – Change of details of other registrable person (ORP) with significant control of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
- LLPSC07 – Notice of ceasing to be an individual person with significant control (PSC), relevant legal entity (RLE), or other registrable person (ORP) of a limited liability partnership (LLP)
