News items relating to Legal forms changes as well as general topics relating to the legal profession.
The following Land Registry forms have had small amendments carried out in line with changes taking place on 27th May 2016. The amendments reflect a change in the DX and postal address of the Land Registry's Citizen Team. The new versions should be used from 27th May 2016.
The amended forms are:-
ADV1 – Application for registration of a person in adverse possession under Schedule 6 to the Land Registration Act 2002
AS1 – Assent of whole of registered title(s) by personal representative(s)
AS2 – Assent of charge by personal representative(s)
AS3 – Assent of part of registered title(s) by personal representative(s)
COG1 - Updating registered owners' contact address
RQ - Request for a restriction by owner(s) not living at the property
RQ(Co) - Request for a restriction by a company
TP1 – Transfer of part of registered title(s)
TP2 – Transfer of part of registered title(s) under power of sale
TR1 – Transfer of whole of registered title(s)
TR2 – Transfer of whole of registered title(s) under power of sale
TR4 – Transfer of a charge or portfolio of charges
TR5 – Transfer of portfolio of titles (whole or part)
New versions of the above Land Registry forms are available for use from 27 May 2016.
