Earlier this year in May we reported that the Land Registry was changing their central address, at the time forms were also amended where they had references to the old address. The Land Registry have announced that postal redirections for applications sent to the old address after 1 September will no longer be redirected and instead will be returned to the sender. In order to avoid delays to your clients please ensure that you are sending applications to the correct address.
