Company form short notice amendments – June 2016

Companies House have amended the ‘notes’ section in section 5 on forms RP07 and LLRP07, which relates to relevant evidence that an applicant can send with the form.

The following Company forms are available in new versions:-

• RP07 - Application to change a company’s disputed registered office address
• RP07 Continuation page – Reasons for applying continuation page 
• LLRP07 - Application to change a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP’s) disputed registered office address
• LLRP07 Continuation page - Reasons for applying continuation page

New versions of these Companies House forms should be used immediately.
