Companies House – Nationalities List – February 2018

Companies House are encouraging the use of their nationalities and countries lists, for company filings. From 9 February 2018 forms with nationalities entered that do not match the defined list may be rejected. To help all the forms have been updated to include links to the current list of nationalities as defined by Companies House.

The following forms have been amended to include the new list of nationalities

• AP01 – Appointment of director
• CH01 - Change of director's details
• IN01 - Application to register a company
• IN01 Continuation page 3 - Section D - Director appointments continuation page - IN01 Application to register a company
• PSC01 - Notice of individual person with significant control (PSC)
• PSC04 - Change of details of individual person with significant control (PSC)

Overseas Companies forms:-

• OS AP01 - Appointment of director of an overseas company
• OS CH03 - Change of details of a director of an overseas company
• OS IN01 - Registration of an overseas company opening a UK establishment
