The Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies has amended two of their CIC forms to show amended delivery address.

Amended CIC forms are:-

CIC36 - Declarations on Formation of a Community Interest Company
CIC37 - Declarations on Conversion to a Community Interest Company
